Senior Product Marketing Manager

Type of job: Remote
Country: United States
City: Washington D.C.
Company: Notable

Description of the offer

Notable is the leading intelligent automation company for healthcare. Customers use Notable to drive patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement, scaling growth without hiring more staff.

We don’t just make software. We are on a mission to fix the broken U.S. healthcare system by helping to eliminate the massive administrative burden that is placed on our nation’s healthcare staff. We hire people from diverse backgrounds and are always looking for employees who bring fresh ideas to our space.

Passion is paramount, and at Notable, you will get to work with other talented people who aim to set the new standard for innovation in healthcare.

To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring a product marketer to own positioning, growth strategy, messaging, and sales collateral development across our revenue cycle solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role is a marketer who can wear many hats, with proven ability to learn quickly and adapt. We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and sales.

You will…

  • Refine and evolve Notable’s product positioning and messaging in the revenue cycle space.

  • Work with sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships organizations to develop GTM plans that include compelling messaging, value propositions, target buyer/influencer personas, etc. to ensure overall sales and partner success.

  • Use effective storytelling skills to develop (and maintain) our sales collateral bill-of-materials, including decks, demos, and one-pagers.

  • Drive competitive analysis and market research to inform future Notable product and engineering investment.

  • Plan and lead the launch of new products and releases – and work cross-functionally in the implementation of the plan.

  • Partner with content, customer, and growth marketing to define and execute pipeline generation programs.

  • Develop thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) to grow market credibility and support pipeline generation.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for content and growth marketing to drive effective campaigns across all stages of the sales funnel.

  • Partner with sales enablement to enable sellers to position and sell the Notable platform.

You are a great fit because you have…

  • 7+ years of PMM experience, ideally within healthcare revenue cycle and/or B2B technology

  • World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy, to one-pagers and white papers.

  • Demonstrated experience developing high-impact sales messaging and slideware.

  • Healthcare domain expertise, or a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

  • Basic familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. automation), or a strong desire to learn.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.
