As one of our early team members, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our platform. We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Product Designer, or Design Engineer, who is deeply immersed in gaming communities and shares our vision for empowering creators and fostering vibrant gaming ecosystems.

As a design led company, we naturally embrace a design-driven culture, prioritizing user delight and surprise. You’ll be an integral part of a small and versatile team, working closely with the founding team to bring digital experiences to life. Our design philosophy is rooted in conviction, we have a near fanatical approach to exceptionally solving old problems with novel solutions.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Creation: Designing full features with a focus on constant iteration. We value conviction over consensus.
• Artistic Boldness: We push boundaries and encourage each other to find innovative approaches in our designs.
• Collective Delivery: Engage in end-to-end design, collaborate with diverse expertise within the team, and bring ideas from conception to production while maintaining their value throughout the process.

 

Your Skills & Experience:

• You are a Senior or Principal Level Designer with 4+ years of experience
• Hands-on approach and a deep passion for design.
• Experience in designing mobile apps, preferably in the consumer space. Previous consumer social product experience is a plus.
• Continuous push to create delightful user experiences by stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Proven track record of influencing product designs and effectively communicating the ‘why’ behind your ideas.
• Obsession with small details and design finesse for superior user experience.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

 

Even Better if You:

• Are a passionate gamer and believe in reshaping the consumer space in gaming.
• Have experience with front-end development.
