The Job:-

• System Development: Contribute to the design and development of Pixlr’s web applications, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and performance.
• Coding and Debugging: Implement technical solutions, debug existing modules, and adhere to best practices in coding and object-oriented programming to ensure code reusability and maintainability.
• Performance Optimization: Benchmark and optimize code performance, monitoring CPU, network, and IO utilization, and making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, conduct research, and participate in the development of new features, products, and concepts to keep Pixlr at the forefront of innovation.
• Issue Resolution: Identify system deficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions to address technical challenges, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Idea Generation: Actively contribute new ideas, features, and functionalities to enhance the Pixlr platform, drawing insights from competitors’ offerings and industry trends.
• Requirements Understanding: Interpret technical and functional requirements based on business flows, processes, and user needs, translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve collective goals.

The Person:-

• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable academic institutions, with specialization in IT/Software Development discipline.
• Possesses at least 5 years of professional experience in (Node.JS) web development.
• Possesses strong technical and analytical knowledge in web development.
• Strong Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.JS, Typescript & MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Front-End Development.
• Preferably someone with a full-stack background.
• Understands the Server & Client Side.
• Knowledge of WebAssembly & WebGL will be an added advantage.
• Possesses good command of English.
• Good analytical and excellent problem solving skills.
• Possess a positive work attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
• Pleasant disposition, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
