Senior Graphic Designer

Description of the offer

In your role as a Designer at PitchWork, you will help spearhead the entire design process from inception to completion.

You’ll participate in addressing our clients’ comprehensive design requirements, including brand design, digital design, and presentation design, thereby delivering exceptional 360 design services. Since this is a remote role, you should be proficient in steering the design process through remote-friendly techniques.

We’re searching for designers who love brand design, typography, and web design and are skilled at articulating their creative decisions. We work with startups, requiring you to engage directly with clients. We would love to talk to you if your portfolio is packed with diverse examples of your creative endeavours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead brand design projects, from start to finish, getting involved in all aspects of the brand design process to create beautiful and inspiring brands.
• Build and design investment decks for fast growing VC backed startups, ensuring each pitch deck is as concise, clear and compelling to investors as possible.
• Working with clients directly on design tasks which support their growth and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the PitchWork team to design impactful and engaging branded websites.

You will be:

• A natural storyteller with a demonstrated ability to showcase work, rationalize decisions and communicate concepts.

• A master of Figma, Adobe, Pitch and Keynote (Webflow is a bonus).
• Able to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
• Experienced designer with over 3 years of industry experience at agency level.
• Eager to continuously learn, develop, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Enthusiastic about participating in feedback sessions and look forward to iterating on concepts.
• Able to share a strong portfolio of creative work across multiple mediums, with extensive examples of real world work.
• Excellent at English, in both verbal and written communication skills.
