Job Description: As a Senior Graphic Designer at Fōcl Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand presence of our real estate and property development clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, marketers, and project managers to create captivating visual content that tells compelling stories and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, digital ads, social media assets, and more.
• Collaborate with clients and the Fōcl Studio team to understand their brand, vision, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, offering creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our work is cutting-edge and impactful.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
• Experience with web design.
• Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment in a distributed team.
