We are a digital marketing agency seeking a reliable, creative, strategic, and experienced senior web and UX graphic designer to both create and lead design projects from end to end.

The ideal candidate is familiar with brand guides, typography, color theory/strategy, target audiences, journey maps, page flow, mobile-first design, responsive and adaptive design, strategic UX and UI, building complete website mockups, and presenting creative direction to clients.

Besides bringing an experienced, strategic eye for design, we expect you to leave any ego at the door and collaborate with an open mind. You will lock arms with our Project Managers, Copywriters, Ads Manager, Developers, Stakeholders, and other department leads to take full ownership of what Chariot delivers to our clients.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Figma (expert level)
• Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of XD, Sketch, and other programs would be a plus)
• Building client-ready web design presentations
• Leading presentation video calls with clients
• Wireframes & Site Mapping
• Journey Maps, User Flow, etc.
• Logo Design & Branding
• Strategic UX/UI
• Pixel-perfect, developer-ready design files

A plus would be:

• Print Design knowledge (CMYK, Prepress, Bleed, Dielines, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and on-page SEO
• Any experience with video

Required Qualities:

• Great at problem-solving on a micro and macro level
• Up-to-date on the latest design trends and UX/UI practices
• Experienced at what is possible with custom web development
• Experienced with navigating creative, objectives, budget, content, and audience to create cohesive, impressive designs.
• Experienced in ideating modern, interactive design elements (animations, hovers, scrolls, etc.). Will need to show examples.
• Self-reliable; efficient at proofing own work to catch errors before internal QA or client review.
• Accountable for all facets of design while also being a team player
• Experienced in validating design decisions to team/clients

100% Remote / Work from Home, but Eastern or Central time zones are preferred.
