We are now searching for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

To be successful in this position you must: have demonstrable experience with translating data into actionable insights that drive successful marketing strategies, and have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns, customer acquisition and retention, and overall marketing performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key marketing metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define data requirements, establish KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns, customer targeting, and overall marketing and sales performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through visual presentations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific marketing-related questions and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or other statistical software.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
