Senior Brand and Beauty Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Brand and Product Designer to unify and elevate our brand assets across all platforms — from our retail deck (urgently) to product packaging, web and email.

You’ll play a critical role in driving the visual narrative of the Peta Jane Beauty brand and ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touch points, channels, and mediums.

We’ve invested into this brand and have inherited some assets from various sources, including product design, photography, video content, deck templates, and more. Our color palettes that work for product and print dont match the web and photo assets at times.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of all digital and physical brand assets.
• Develop design systems that ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Create visual assets for retail strategy deck, social media, email marketing, website, and product packaging.
• Manage and mentor junior designers on internal team.
• Stay updated on design trends, especially those related to beauty and lifestyle branding.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in brand and product design.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work in both digital and print.
• Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
