We seek a Bilingual English-Spanish (or English-speaker) Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote position, you will communicate with our English-speaking customers, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: – Engage with customers via phone and email, providing assistance and guidance in both English and Spanish. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate product recommendations. – Handle inbound sales inquiries, respond promptly to customer queries, and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability. – Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings. – Document customer interactions, customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database of sales activities. -Look for new strategies to reach possible customers through social media and email.

Requirements:

– Bilingual English-Spanish or Native English speaker.

– Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

– Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (Argentine local time) – Comfortable working independently in a home office environment.

– Sales knowledge is a plus

– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
