Treatwell enables our beauty partners to digitally manage their appointment management in the salon and at the same time acquire new customers via our Treatwell marketplace. We are basically the Booking.com of the beauty industry.

At Treatwell, you can not only help shape the future of the beauty industry, but also directly contribute to salons generating more revenue and acquiring new customers. We are passionate about helping salons assert themselves in the digital landscape and make their business and customer base sustainably successful with our Treatwell Connect products and our marketplace.

As a member of our sales team, you are responsible for the successful acquisition of new customers by proactively identifying and approaching potential partner salons (B2B). You take over the entire process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract, thus securing new partnerships for Treatwell.

What does your job with us look like:

  • You start by searching for new beauty salons in your city through various channels (TikTok, Insta, Google, and anything else you can think of) to attract potential new customers for Treatwell
  • You pick up the phone and make the first contact with your potential new customers
  • You skillfully explain our SaaS product and the Treatwell marketplace with all its features to your new contact directly on site in the salon/studio
  • After successfully convincing your new contact for a partnership, you conclude the contract with our new partner
  • You document your activities in our CRM tool “Salesforce” so that all departments can work together smoothly

  • To fulfill our mission, we need at least 10 new salon partners from you per month
  • We want you to keep an eye on your sales figures, your sales pipeline and your follow-ups and to deal responsibly with your potential new partners
  • Your understanding of our products and the added value we offer to salons will help you massively influence your salary payment

 

Requirements

What do you bring with you?

  • You enjoy personal customer contact and have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You are reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoy working in a diverse team
  • You are full of courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, curiosity and a portion of charm
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service, sales, distribution or sales – sales-oriented career changers are also very welcome!
  • You are fit in the digital world
  • You speak/write German fluently – any other language is +, because our potential partners are diverse and we love that

  • The annual salary (consists of a fair fixed salary and commission) – our top performers even earn commissions of up to 8,500 euros gross per month. It’s in your hands!
  • During the training period (1st-3rd month) you will receive a commission ramp-up as an add-on (1st month: 1000 euros/gross, 2nd month: 750 euros/gross, 3rd month: 500 euros/gross)
