Description of the offer

Skimmer is on a mission: to modernize the pool and spa service and repair industry by delivering a platform to enable pool and spa pros to build their businesses. We’re a private equity backed company with 4200+ customers using Skimmer’s pool service software and running their businesses the modern way. But we’re not stopping there. Our team is growing in leaps and bounds and we’re conquering new challenges every day. We’re looking for big thinkers with small egos to join us on our mission to transform this special and surprisingly large “niche” space. Our customers love us almost as much as we love them (check out our reviews) and currently attract half of our new accounts from referrals.

Let’s dive in! (That’s the first of many pool puns!)

What you’ll do:
  • Develop data analysis, methodologies, and modeling to uncover insights that guide marketing and sales, including lead and spending performance by channel; sales pipeline modeling; customer expansion opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end revenue team operations process, ensuring the best possible user experience for internal stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing, sales and customer success programs to increase ROI and team efficiency.
  • Deliver effective enablement, communication, training and support to facilitate strong adoption and ongoing Hubspot user acceptance.
  • Deploy Quota / Target allocation & assignments including monitoring of compensation efficiency models for various teams.
  • Track sales trends and customer expansion, evaluate promotional efforts, and collaborate across departments to analyze customer behavior data.
  • Create and optimize lead scoring, lead flow, and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to our Sales teams for qualification and wins.
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to create full-funnel email nurture campaigns in support of an attribute-based lead scoring strategy.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of Hubspot, with demonstrated experience creating email scoring/nurturing campaigns, complex analytics and reporting, email marketing, and more. Please be prepared to demonstrate your expertise!
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in an analytics-oriented field (e.g., Data Statistics) or equivalent experience managing Revenue Operations in an early-stage company environment
  • 6+ years of experience in a Marketing or Revenue Operations/Analyst role, preferably with experience working in marketing performance, sales operations, and data analysis
  • Experience using analytics to drive company growth efforts, including increasing revenue, growing share, and other key business outcomes
  • Experience with B2B marketing and marketing analytics
  • Comfort rallying and leading members of disparate teams to execute complex projects for the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and data visualization skills
  • Experience with or the desire to eventually manage people and grow a team

Benefits
