ABOUT THE JOB

We’re growing. A lot. And because of this, we need an amazing Recruitment Consultant like you to come on board. The desk you’re hopping onto is pretty damn hot, so bring your oven mitts!

You’ll be tasked with finding and matching talent in the Influencer, social media, talent and creator worlds, the fastest-growing areas in the business, and arguably the coolest.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job applications and the database to fill existing and future positions at clients.
  • Creating eye-catching outreach messages that get industry-leading response rates – yes, we’ll teach you this too!
  • Delivering the best candidate experience possible from the beginning, all the way to them passing probation – yes, it doesn’t stop once the offers closed…
  • Consistently pushing and testing yourself. Whether that’s looking at ways to get more candidate, exploring the newest recruitment technologies or mastering a particular skill
  • Building out your personal brand on social media platforms, establishing yourself as the go-to resourcer in your specific sector. This doesn’t mean posting funny cat GIFs, sharing your thoughts on last night’s Emmerdale, or telling everyone what you had for lunch. Useful and engaging content only.
  • Planning and putting together effective strategies that will help you achieve your goals & targets.
  • Being an organisational mastermind; managing your email inbox, coordinating calls/interviews, updating the database, and completing your to-do lists.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

Here’s a couple of things we’re after!

  • Experience in any of the following: recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate resourcing
  • Proof that you’ve regularly gone above and beyond to deliver on your responsibilities and have regularly hit or exceeded your targets
  • Commercial-savviness and the ability to think on your feet
  • Thick skin and the ability to get up and carry on; sometimes it doesn’t always go your way.
  • A go-getter. Someone with drive and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Confidence talking to people you’ve never met or spoken with before
  • A personality.
  • An interest in the rapidly evolving, fast-paced world of digital marketing.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Tech-savviness. You’re computer literate and a quick learner of new software
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An eagerness to learn and continually challenge yourself
