Paradigm is seeking a Project Manager to support our client, a global provider of legal services. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing PMO frameworks as well as providing leadership on initiatives that cross functional areas and are strategic in nature and determine key milestones.

Type: 12-month contract

Location: Remote, United States (Pacific and Mountain Time zones required)

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Interact with internal users and key stakeholders on a daily basis to understand client needs.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, to ensure the delivery of products on-time, on-budget, in-scope and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain a project management playbook for a client that can be duplicated and leveraged for future products.
• The playbook will consist of establishing requirements for time reporting, developing a communications plan, and establishing project status reporting process
• Consistently track project actuals against defined milestones and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Maintain focus on project plan tasks, manage risks throughout the project life cycle, and make contingency plans to manage issues that pose risk to budget, time delivery or functionality

Our experience, and skills, wish list includes:

• Bachelor degree desired; High school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager and experience seeing projects through to completion
• Strong understanding of the project management life cycles
• Knowledgeable user in Microsoft Project and Excel with experience communicating technical business rules and requirements
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects, with changing priorities
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
• Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required
• Project management experience with expenses and budget
• Smart sheet experience is a plus
