Job Overview

As a Virtual Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects that the company undertakes. We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with excellent leadership skills, to join our VA team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, helping to plan, organize, and execute various projects. The goal is to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

What you’ll do

• Solid understanding of Forex systems and process and knows how to interpret it
• Knowledge of basic Social Media and Marketing management
• Able to perform Lead Generation
• Familiarity with Project management methodologies and principles
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Set clear project objectives and track progress
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Monitor project risks and issues, and provide solutions to mitigate or resolve them
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management

• 3+ years solid experience in Social Media, Marketing, Team Communication and Leads Generation
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
