Description of the offer

On behalf of our client, an innovative Canadian start-up ready to launch their online casino in the next few months, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager/Product owner who will lead the client’s roadmap as well as optimize strategies for the gaming product portfolio.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible For

• Provide analysis and updates to stakeholders at all levels as needed
• Liaise with third-party game providers where appropriate
• Managing campaigns
• Develop user stories and detailed requirements from prioritized features
• Assess competition by comparing the company’s product to gaming and casino competitors, as well as other relevant products
• Contribute to launch plans and measure success of feature updates
• Develop the go-to-market and post-launch live campaigns and lead the cross-functional teams in the execution of those plans. You will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase.
• Strategy Creation: Build the marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive insights.
• Project Management: Assist in leading the detailed planning and implementation process in order to meet defined goals.
• Analytics: Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness leading to launch. Post-launch, analyze in-game data and sales to further drive acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Brand / Product Management within Online Casinos / iGaming industry.
• Marketing experience, CRM, strategy planning, daily task execution and retention programs required
• Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field required, MBA preferred

Nice To Have

• Experience as an Agile Product Owner
• Working Knowledge and understanding of technical language
• French language skills to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
