What You’ll Do

A Product Marketing Manager is the product expert in a room full of marketing people and market(ing) expert in a room full of product people. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet business objectives. Connect with us if you have that experience, and the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Product Management. As a Product Marketing Manager at Field Effect you will:

• Performing market research, including researching market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, to gain critical insight about customer attitudes and behavior, and develop programs that optimally position our products
• Driving and delivering sales enablement tools and content for internal sales team and channels, including competitive battle cards, product and partner focused solution briefs and datasheets, and sales playbooks (working alongside the marketing team on the development)
• Creating product and solution positioning, messaging, and using these to drive GTM strategies
• Executing on content to articulate the benefits of our product and ensure message alignment throughout all customer touchpoints (website, sales team, events, etc.)
• Executing product launch activities and collaborating with product management, marketing, and sales to ensure an effective go-to-market

Skills & experience we look for: 

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role
• 2+ years of product marketing or related experience
• Ability to work in a high growth environment – this means that sometimes you may have to create the process!
• Collaborative spirit
• Strong written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
