About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be focused on improving the consumer lending product and customer experience of one of our key B2B Partner Merchants. This role will involve a strong collaboration with our B2B Partner Merchant and with our Commercial and Partnerships team.

We are looking for someone that has experience in launching and improving B2B products, ideally in at least one of the following areas, consumer lending or payments or merchant finance and in working closely with B2B Customers, to understand their needs and the needs of their end customers.

You’ll be leading a Squad of engineers and product designer with the goal of taking our Partners Product to the next level.

During your time at Tymit you will

  • Work closely with our Partnerships team and B2B Partner Merchant to understand their needs and the needs of their end customers.
  • Lead the Squad to improve the Partner Lending Product onboarding conversion and deliver new Partner products aligned with Partner needs and business objectives.
  • Develop the roadmap and product specs, drive the feature to completion, and work closely with the Partnerships and Go-to-market teams to make sure we are creating value for the Partner.
  • Bring innovative product ideas based on a good understanding of the market and our partner needs.
  • Represent the team’s work to the Partner and work collaboratively with the Partner to measure the success of the product initiatives and new features implemented.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to ensure critical dates and metrics are met.

What you will bring along

  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering high performing products at scale ideally on a B2B environment.
  • We’re open to people with a wide range of industry experience, but we prefer if you have previous experience in fintech and/or in lending products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • You have got hands on experience in shipping features across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
  • You have experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders and ideally B2B Customers.
  • You are Data Driven, and you have experience in using Data to make product decisions.
  • Experience in improving B2C onboarding journey´s is a plus.
  • Passionate about enabling the future of payments with large merchants.

30 min. video-call with Pardeep, Head of Partnerships. Discussion to better understand your fit within the team and give you a sense of Tymit’s growth goals.
Stage 6
– Offer

To meet our regulatory obligations as a licensed financial services company in the UK, Tymit needs to take background checks, Criminal and Credit checks, our new hires to help us safeguard our users.
