Position Overview

As a UX Designer at Yuna, you will be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in shaping our product. If you’re looking for a 9-to-5 comfort zone, this is not the position for you. We’re building the future of mental health, and we want someone who’s as passionate as we are. You will be the driving force behind the design of our innovative digital solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective.

• Implement design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web based products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure we are providing our users with the best experience possible.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the design based on user feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to growth and marketing initiatives through impactful design strategies.

Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the world, but must be willing to overlap at least 4 hours with PST)

Employment Type: Full Time

 

What You Should Bring

• Experience: 5 years in user experience design.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of product development and willingness to help troubleshoot, QA, etc. to get a product in our users’ hands
• Experience owning the end-to-end design of a product
• Soft Skills: Very strong communication, high adaptability, passion for both mental health and AI, ownership experience, and a relentless drive
