Role Description

We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, extremely creative User Experience Designer to join our design team. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with DevOps Team to create best in the class design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
Research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
Create storyboards, layouts, impactful presentations, graphics, data visualizations, and other design artifacts in preparation for client meetings or product development.
Identify users’ pains and needs, coordinating and participating in qualitative and quantitative investigations, analyzing information, and interpreting metrics from different data sources.
Create and maintain usability documentation
Work with developers to ensure product quality
Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

Qualifications

Experienced in workshop facilitation, information architecture, designing flows and screens, user testing and design optimization.
Working knowledge of UX design principles
User interface design
Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision
Experience with user testing and usability analysis
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
Ability to work across numerous teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
Passionate about technology and relationships
