We’re looking for an Paid Search Manager to lead our high-perforning Paid Search team in the Philippines and deliver Google and Search ads for Online Marketing Gurus SME clients, whilst overseeing a team of Paid Search Consultants. You will be supporting the Head of Department to train and develop staff and help improve delivery across a portfolio of clients, whilst also keeping your finger on the pulse with a set of key clients.

As Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Organise the workload for the Paid Search team members, ensuring quality in the work delivered.
  • Monitor Search analytics – you need to check what search campaigns are working (or not working) Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, Ad-Roll and Bing Ads and any other paid channels that are included in the OMG service offering.
  • Shape the Social media Product Offering at Online Marketing Gurus in the ever-changing landscape that is social media!
  • Delivering a “revenue results” approach as a team, whilst consistently looking at ways to maximise ROI from all social media channels.
  • Hiring, training and developing an existing and growing team of Social Media Consultants to support our growing client database!
  • In addition to your leadership responsibilities, the day-to-day includes an opportunity to stay hands-on with high-value client work

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Paid Search Media, Social Media or Similar Roles
  • Experience managing large teams of 10+
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with Search ads, (Google, Bing, and a bit of social media-Facebook, etc)
  • Facebook, Google Hubspot, SEO certifications would be highly desirable
  • Relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • Have the ability to be hands-on, and are comfortable in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Attention to detail
  • Excited about working in an always changing and evolving industry
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • Able to understand and overcome challenges with your clients
