• Set company goals and ensure we are reaching them.
• Align all departments to work towards the same objectives and priorities.
• Create a company report to monitor progress towards company goals and present it to the CEO every month.
• Set monthly goals for each department and ensure they are effectively reaching their targets.
• Gather monthly reports from all departments and present them to the CEO every month with your insights.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in all departments.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.
• Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve them.

• Proven experience as a Operations Manager or relevant role.
• A clear understanding of e-commerce business functions.
• Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics (setting goals and KPIs).
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication in the English language.
• Being emotionally strong and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Being able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Having a problem-solving attitude and being able to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: 1500-3500eur after taxes (depending on experience) + bonus.
