We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Operations Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about data analysis and eager to learn and grow within the company. This is a remote position based in the USA, and the successful candidate will work closely with our Operations team to analyze data and provide insights to improve our business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance
• Work with our Operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Assist with data entry and data management tasks as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques
• Continuously evaluate and improve our data collection and analysis processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for data analysis and a desire to learn and grow in the field
