Convertoo is a new and ambitious marketing agency. We are on a mission to disrupt the affiliate marketing world by offering a variety of lead generation services within and outside of the financial space. Our core goal is to broaden our industry offerings into new verticals, such as: Personal Finance, Business Software, Home Improvements, Health,  iGaming and more!

Convertoo is currently expanding our Performance Marketing Operation, and as the team scales, we need more hands. We are therefore looking to hire someone to work with us to support our growth in iGaming, reporting into our Media Buyer Team Lead.

You’ll need to be super organised, proactive and have a thirst to get stuck into the marketing mix. We’re a very tight knit team and would work with you to develop your skills as you support us in our growth journey, and in return we offer a fast-paced, fun and supportive work environment.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Developing, optimising and executing lead generation paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads)
  • Prepare targets, deliver forecast leads and conversions within agreed budgets with the guidance of your line manager
  • Manage execution, optimisation and reporting of campaigns, ensuring attention to detail
  • Updating landing pages in our internal system
  • Considering how to best use creative skills to create high-converting ads
  • Testing landing pages for formating and quality issues
  • Liaising with the legal and finance teams to ensure account set ups follow our internal checklists
  • Writing content for ads and landing pages
  • Briefing content translations

 

Requirements

Personal

  • 2 years experience in a paid marketing role within affiliate marketing (nutra, crypto, igaming)
  • An aptitude to reach advanced level Excel/sheets
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Analytical, numerate and commercially minded
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm
  • Hard working and proactive
  • Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times

 

Tools experience required:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Asana
  • Google Ads Editor
  • Semrush (or similar)
  • tracking platform (Keitaro, Volume or similar)
