As the biggest agriculture machinery manufacturer in China, WEICHAI LOVOL is looking for a agriculture machinery (Tractor, combine harvester etc.) products business Marketing Manager who is in charge of the Thailand market, and responsible for sales nets developig, VIP customer developing and maintenance, organize marketing and branding activities, customer return visit, etc.

Responsibilities:

To plan out the sales action plan and strategies to achieve the sales target decided with top management by working on price positioning, product positioning, network development

Responsible for new distributors development for the new business

Plan and conduct direct marketing activities

Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

Follow up on sales activity

Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

Skills Required:

Rich experience in the field of agricultural machinery, expecical tractor

Knowledge of customer service principles

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good planning and organizational skills

Has wide range of customer resources

Familiar with Thailand’s agricultural machinery market very clearly

Requirements:

Bachelor or equivalent degree in mechanical or business major

5 years’ agricultural machinery relevant working experience

Fluent level of English or Chinese language skills

Thai local citizen
