Trilateral Research have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our commercial marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products and services in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

What are your responsibilities?

• Study and understand our business model, products and services
• Deliver against a varied portfolio of quarterly marketing objectives, inclusive of ensuring appropriate messaging for target audiences and lead generation. This includes, but is not limited to digital campaigns, contact development and audience segmentation, secure event speaking/advertising slots, award opportunites & coordinate marketing support for event participation, third party publications aimed at our target market(s).
• Ensure thought leadership is promoted in a synergistic manner from our Innovation & Research clusters to further promote our commercial offering.
• Leverage agile project management methods to ensure on-time, high quality, and efficient delivery against objectives.
• Agree KPIs with Senior Management on a quarterly level, and monitor and evaluate marketing performance on a month basis, providing suggestions for enhancing marketing success.
• Line manage staff in the marketing team.

What skills and experience you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus
• Experience in market analysis
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute and evaluate. Experience in using agile methods and project management software (e.g., Jira/Trello) is a bonus.
• Experience in managing others.
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Postgraduate qualification (or related certification in) in Marketing, Communications or similar field
