Prosci is seeking a Marketing Manager for our Canadian and Caribbean markets. In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing programs, drive revenue growth and deepening Prosci’s relationships with clients. Your role includes crafting innovative Account-Based Marketing initiatives, navigating industry verticals through strategic partnerships and strategically expanding Prosci’s footprint in key regions.
The successful candidate will have strong experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, with a view to co-ordinating local needs with Global Marketing initiatives. You will have strong analytical skills, a proven track record in B2B lead generation and thrive in a cross-functional collaborative environment. You are a doer with a bias for action, ready to shape the future of Prosci’s regional marketing success.

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business / marketing, with 7 + years of professional services marketing.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; French proficiency is an asset.
• Proven success in B2B marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Industry Vertical Marketing.
• B2B lead generation and new customer acquisition marketing.
• Experienced working directly with sales teams and providing supports and funnel management.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI (Return on Investment) and performance marketing KPIs.
Technical/Functional Skills
• Working knowledge of business operations and decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Office 365, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Navigator
• Google Analytics experience is a nice to have.
Preferred
• Certification in Prosci Change Management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent professional judgment and commitment driving sales.
• Analytical person with the ability to arrive at the best solutions for all parties.
