OysterLink.com is a new and upcoming restaurant job site.
Currently Oysterlink is just a blog site. It is a brand new concept. We are working on developing the job features and functionality. The site will be ready to officially launch in Q1 2024.
We are seeking to put together a talented senior marketing team, of highly qualified individuals to make Oysterlink a success by ensuring restaurants post jobs and receive qualified applications.
We are seeking a Marketing Director with expertise in digital marketing to:
- Create a strategy for how to get restaurants to post jobs on the site when its live
- Create a strategy on how to attract talent to apply to jobs
- Set up realistic monthly goals and track results
- Create & manage EFFECTIVE marketing campaigns on various marketing channels to hit the goals
- Lead global marketing and design team members and also provide training where needed
We will make the site free at first and start with just two major cities in the US. Our goal is:
- Generate 300 new job postings listed on the site per day
- Deliver over 3,000 applicants to the site daily seeking jobs
We are seeking a qualified marketing director that can create an effective strategy to meet the goals above and proactively lead a team to ensure they are met.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. As our clients are in the US, we do require team members that can work up until 2pm EST.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience and expertise in at least two marketing channels
- Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams
- Proven track record of growing brands online
- Ideation driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
