About the role:

Scribe is hiring a Marketing Designer to expand on our brand and marketing visuals across our website and external properties like social media and ad campaigns. Design excellence is a core pillar of what Scribe means to our team and our users. As such, we’re looking for someone with great attention to detail web design fundamentals. This role will work closely with partners across Marketing and Product, and will report to the VP of Design.

Examples of what type of work you would be doing:

• Create new landing pages on our marketing website, scribehow.com.
• Craft new visuals for email announcements and social media campaigns.
• Concept and execute innovative ways of brand storytelling with Marketing and Product.
• Own and evolve Scribe’s brand guidelines and visual systems, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and other visual components.
• Source and art-direct vendors to expand on creative such as motion design, illustration, animation, etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create amazing campaigns across a variety of channels and give everyone who interacts with Scribe an unforgettable brand experience.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, web design, and print.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe’s Creative Suite.
• Experience leading complex design projects such as a rebrand, including collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Experience creating and maintaining a brand design system.

Bonus Points:

• Experience building and designing sites in Webflow, our platform of choice for our marketing site.
• Experience or interest designing for products with active communities.
• Relevant experience working for a SaaS company or startup.

Compensation

$125k-$150k USD salary + equity

We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and other job-related factors.
