Schoox, Inc., a disruptor in the talent development platform industry, is seeking a Marketing Designer to join their team. This position will be responsible for contributing to the development of Schoox’s engaging visual content and design work.

Responsibilities

• Design Marketing Collateral: Create a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
• Visual Branding: Ensure consistent application of the brand’s visual identity and guidelines across all marketing materials
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launches, contributing to the overall creative strategy.
• Content Creation: Generate visually engaging graphics and illustrations to accompany blog posts, whitepapers, and other content marketing materials.
• Web Design: Assist in the design and optimization of web pages, landing pages, and user interfaces to enhance the user experience and align with brand aesthetics.
• Photography and Image Editing: Select and edit high-quality images for marketing purposes, ensuring they align with the brand’s style.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design with a focus on marketing materials.
• Proficiency in design software such as (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI concepts is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of marketing design projects.
