Experience within Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG industry is desirable!

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging our target audience effectively. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns, drive social media presence, coordinate events, and analyse marketing performance to optimize our approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
• Manage and curate content for our digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visuals and marketing materials.
• Track trends within the industry, keeping an eye on competitors and reporting back.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with our online community as well as helping with both influencer and affiliates activation.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with other departments in the business.

The right candidate:

• Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Minimum of 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
