We’re hiring a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing department. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist with the implementation and executionof marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The Marketing Assistant role will serve an integral role on the Public Relations and Marketing Team. This role will support the general day-to-day operations of themarketing department. By supporting the PR & Marketing department, this role will aid in building brand equity and community awareness of the company. Theindividual selected for this position needs to have good interpersonal skills, show attention to detail and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written.
• Manage marketing content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad campaigns that highlight our unique products and services.
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with creating and running our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries.
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
• Assist with conceptualizing and implementing strategies to increase our digital visibility.
• Develop new marketing strategies to enhance the company image.
• Conduct and document market research on the most recent shifts in target audience preferences.
• Prepare and develop monthly financial reports through SAP to maintain and track spending and budgets.
• Additionally, the position supports the entire Marketing Team with various projects and miscellaneous tasks, ensuring a well organized and successful team.
• Ensure all marketing activities serve to achieve immediate and long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma/GED Some relevant experience or college courses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
