In this role the Marketing Automation Manager works on multiple projects simultaneously and with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the use optimization of marketing automation, specifically using Marketo.

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Configure Marketo automation rules and segmentation lists based on prospect categories for various marketing campaigns.
• Expand and optimize nurture email programs through testing and personalization
• Design and create landing pages with forms for various campaigns
• Create and pull reports on a regular basis to report on KPI’s
• Maintain a data driven approach to analyze, monitor and communicate performance of email initiatives
• Manage prospect lead scoring and grading

What you’ll need:

• Five (5) or more years of marketing or communications experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
• Hands on knowledge and experience with Marketo is required, Certification (MCE) preferred
• Ability to work independently on a variety of projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail with relationship building skills
