You will be joining a profitable, bootstrapped team taking over from one of the co-founders as lead designer as we enter an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

About the Position

As a Lead UI Designer, you will play a vital role in developing the visual identity and user experience for our expanding product portfolio, including enterprise software tools and mobile apps. Your responsibilities involve translating overarching concepts into impactful designs, prioritizing user experience, and leveraging previous insights for efficient innovation.

What you’ll do:

Craft Intuitive User Experiences:

• Transform conceptual ideas into refined designs.
• Exhibit a commitment to user experience in your work, communication, and long-term product vision.

Develop Design Systems and Workflow:

• Establish logical and practical workflows through process documentation.
• Design digital components to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency within our design framework.

Maintain Design Consistency:

• Uphold and enhance existing design principles and language.
• Bring a fresh perspective to the design team while preserving our well-established reputation for outstanding user experiences.

   

Your skills:

Excellent design skills:

• Demonstrated passion for design with substantial experience in various design disciplines.
• Value a combination of technical proficiency, creativity, curiosity, and playfulness.
• Showcase work integrating graphic design, motion design, and animation into the UX/UI of diverse digital products.

   

Detail Orientation and Growth Mindset:

• Possess a meticulous eye for detail and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse design and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect work.
• Prioritize the iteration and reiteration of high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with colleagues.
