About Us: We are a burgeoning design agency focused on sculpting the future of B2B SaaS products and websites. Although we maintain a low-key presence now, our ambitions are anything but. We craft designs that speak volumes, turning complex concepts into user-friendly solutions. Our team is on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer with the potential to evolve into a Design Lead or Director. Role Overview: As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our design approach from the ground up. Whether your expertise lies in a specific design vertical or spans across product and web design, your ability to craft intuitive and impactful designs will be crucial. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position, guiding our design direction and team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Contribute to multiple projects, balancing product and web design tasks with ease.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, continuously enhancing our design practices.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product and/or web design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with or without prior leadership experience.
• Must hold a Canadian passport to facilitate participation in company offsites.
