LCAP (low-code application) Customer Success Manager

Join the future of software development as a Customer Success Manager in our quickly growing company. You must be able to swiftly become well versed in our cutting edge “no code” platform VINYL™.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in technical delivery, customer success, and growing LCAP organizations
  • Specific experience in client relationship management, technical delivery, product management, and managing a portfolio of key customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate – present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
