About Us:

C Teleport is a forward-thinking company at the forefront of innovation in the travel tech industry. We are seeking a Scrum Master to work closely with our talented development teams and Product Owners, assisting them in applying the Agile mindset and maintaining a robust release velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners to instill an Agile mindset.
• Provide continuous coaching and support to individuals and teams.
• Lead regular stand-up and other essential Agile sessions.
• Challenge and support Product Owners and Team Leads in effective backlog management, prioritization, and addressing technical debt.

Requirements:

• Around 2 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience (junior-to-middle level)
• Exceptional English communication skills at a C1+ level.
• Proven experience with various Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
• Background in collaborating with remote teams and facilitating sessions to improve team practices.
• Ability to configure Jira to align with team needs.

Good to have:

• Knowledge and proficiency in Scrum of Scrum, Nexus, and Less frameworks is a plus.
• PSM 1 and ICAgile certificates are a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Empower teams to enhance their performance through the adoption of Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and other important meetings.
• Drive the promotion of Agile practices company-wide.
• Perform Jira administration and reporting.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members and stakeholders as necessary.

Please Note: We are considering remote candidates exclusively, and a minimal timezone difference is crucial (maximum +2 hours from Central European Time). Locations that can be considered too: EU, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Armenia, Cyprus
