I’m Irada and I lead the design team here at Hey Digital. We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our team!

Hey Digital is a remote B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency ranked as the 2nd fastest-growing company in Estonia for 2022. We’ve helped some of the biggest names in the industry like Hotjar, Pitch, Writesonic, UserTesting (and many more) generate more trial signups, qualified demo bookings, and closed-won revenue!

About The Role

I’m on the lookout for a Junior Digital Designer who is ready to dive into the world of high-impact design. In this role, you’ll be supporting our design team to create top-notch design solutions that drive conversion and ROI for B2B SaaS companies. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced designers, sharpen your skills, and build a solid foundation to grow into a mid-weight digital designer. Plus, you’ll get to contribute to our internal projects, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and love collaborating with a talented team, you might just be the perfect fit for us!

Requirements:

• A background in digital design
• Design software experience (preferably Figma, Unbounce, and the Adobe Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Great attention to detail
• Time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Executing design briefs from ideation to export for a range of ad platforms. Ensuring alignment with the client’s branding to drive conversions for various client accounts using Figma.
• Designing and building landing pages using Unbounce.
• Assisting with research and gathering design-related data of our clients.
• Ensuring that the design exports are high quality and meet the project requirements.
• General design admin work such as exporting assets, organizing files in Google Drive and Figma, and keeping ClickUp up-to-date.
• Documentation creation and maintenance based on agreed procedures or further edits on those established.
• Providing input in the company’s internal projects and marketing projects.
• Completing and keeping the client’s brand file up to date.
• Actively learning design skills and techniques.
