Description of the offer

We are seeking a talented and visionary Junior UI/ UX Designer to join our passionate team and lead the design efforts for our groundbreaking platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, defining feature roadmaps, and bringing creative concepts to life.

You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a product that will change the way people work and collaborate across the MENA region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Visual Design: Create visually stunning and consistent designs for web and mobile interfaces that align with our brand identity
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to translate product requirements into exceptional design solutions.
• Feature Roadmap: Contribute to defining the product feature roadmap, prioritizing based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Hands-On Design: Be hands-on in your design work, utilizing design tools such as Figma and others to create and iterate on design drafts.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Design System: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Mentorship: Mentor and guide new designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or Head of Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to product strategy and feature prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
