Junior Community Manager (creative) at Edda

Join Edda’s innovative team as a Junior Community Manager and be at the forefront of enhancing community engagement, elevating the brand presence, and building meaningful relationships with our stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and contribute to a cutting-edge platform in the finance industry.

 

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy targeting our corporate and product initiatives, while aligning with the interests of our target audience.
  • Leverage social media platforms to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness among potential investors and industry professionals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and devise strategies to generate more leads.
  • Utilize your creative flair to produce high-quality, visually appealing content for various channels, including social media, web, and email platforms. Experience in motion design and video editing will be an advantage.
  • Assist in organizing and executing community events in partnership with Edda’s community members and partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of sponsorship and advertising campaigns, including budget management and targeting.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor strategies, emerging trends, and content within the venture capital industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and focus on community engagement.

 

Requirements

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant masters program, pursuing studies in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a preference for native English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated skills in written and visual content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and ideally familiarity with Webflow and Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Experience in motion graphic design is a plus.
  • Understanding of global Visual Identity, layout, and typography.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Open-mindedness with a natural curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Passion for writing and engaging with the community, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to receive feedback positively and adapt accordingly.
