Interior Designer

Description of the offer

We are looking for a freelancer interior designer to collaborate with our international team in the development of the interior design of our architectural projects. The ideal candidate is a professional with confidence and high communication skills, that must have experience in design, development and management of luxury interior projects. Contact with suppliers and clients, and a deep knowledge of materials, firms and trending brands are fundamental, as well as the flexibility and ability to adapt the projects to different design styles.

Responsibilities

Create layouts and documents for several projects of different scales and fields.
Meet with the clients and understand their goals and preferences.
Communicate effectively with the customer, vendors, and team to address project needs.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
Define the project´s scope and establish the project phases, in collaboration with the project team.
Determinate the main objectives and unique requirements of the projects, adapting them to our System operating procedures (SOP’s).
Control the general planning and setting deadlines, merging it with WA workflow. Identify the risks and propose possible solutions.
Request for quotations and preparation of presentation to clients, ensuring that the complete workflow is followed.
Visits to showrooms and stores with clients.
Site visits, quality control and work supervision during the execution of the projects.

Requirements:

Studies in Interior design.
Professional level of English.
Moderate level of Spanish (as minimum).
Minimum experience of 5 years in luxury hospitality and residential projects. It is valued experience in projects in the Middle East or Eastern Europe.
Fluid communication with international clients, suppliers, external and internal collaborators.
Positive attitude, flexible, collaborative.
Ability to work in a structured and methodical way, coordinated with the rest of the project team, and to cover different projects simultaneously.
Essential knowledge: AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office

Assessable:

Studies in Architecture
Driving license
Knowledge of other languages
