About Us: naut GmbH is a small creative agency located in Zurich. We are thrilled to support the upcoming TEDx Zürich event happening on the 2nd July at Google – host and sponsor. We only miss a talented digital minimalistic illustrator to bring this exciting project to life!

Google saw the fun and interactive audience game we did back in 2019 (see this link) and wants to partner with us to rebuild it. It’s a non-profit project, but we are investing on it for the huge visibility we will gain through Google and its clients. This is a unique opportunity for you and us to showcase work and potentially secure further paid projects. Would you be interested to join?

 

Game Overview: Participants use their mobile phones and together steer a Google-branded suitcase along a sustainable journey. The game, designed to educate about sustainability and entertain, starts at home, travels through the world, and ends at the beach. Along the way, players collect flying stickers representing sustainability topics, making collaborative decisions towards a better world.

 

Deliverables:

• Two 2D minimalistic backgrounds:
  • The starting scenario: Floorplan of a house/flat;
  • The final scenario: a Beach, viewed from a top-down perspective;
• Approximately 30 diverse stickers, such as: Simple objects (e.g., sunglasses, mobile phone, plastic bag, bicycle, car, train, plane), and Sustainability elements (e.g., solar panel, recycling icon, power switch)

 

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital minimalistic illustrations
• Capability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work by mid-June
• Provide drafts for feedback & testing before the final production of the files
• You and -naut are free to reuse the illustrations
• Optional ability to work with AI tools to generate ideas / deliverables
• Optional familiarity with Google’s branding and ability to incorporate it into the designs
