Mexican Startup searches for it’s next Salesforce Technical Architect based in Mexico City

What you will do:

• You will be responsible for developing and directing the roadmap for technology development within Salesforce as our primary Salesforce developer and platform manager to ensure that we can enhance the services we offer our patients.
• Collaborating with the platform’s founders to better understand its objectives, enhancing patient Onboarding, enhancing bot functionality, and developing new processes
• Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval procedures, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, applications, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports are just a few of the configurations you may create in Salesforce.
• Directing the definition and execution of projects involving BOT flows, Einstein Analytics, and Lightning
• Applying research and development, creating prototypes, and conducting ongoing platform evaluations
• To enhance our platform offering, create blueprints for architecture and solutions.
• Creation of objects, fields, configuration of page layouts, improving general UX of our existing salesforce health cloud
• Development of automations, formulas and validation rules within salesforce health cloud in conjunction with the Onboarding Bot

Experience and Skills you will need:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology platform
• B.S. Computer Science / Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in web development
• 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Technical Lead
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Health Cloud implementations
• Expert abilities in software design and technical architecture
• Experience in documenting technical requirements, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications
• Expert-level client-facing communication and consulting skills
• Experience overseeing and mentoring development teams
• Wide experience with common API integrations (payment, tax, invoicing, inventory, OMS/ERP, middleware, analytics, internationalization, REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Experience developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows
• Minimum 1 year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms
• Minimum 3 years hands on SQL experience
• Strong background of project estimation and sales support

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce Core)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), CMS, and other clouds (Service, Sales)
• Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
