Description of the offer

The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in setting up, expanding, optimizing, and auditing the technical implementation of our clients’ HubSpot accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s platform and integrations and a passion for helping businesses grow better. You will work closely with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure our clients’ technical needs are met, and their expectations exceeded.


  1. Lead HubSpot Implementation Projects through the entire Customer Journey from Sale Support to Offboarding.
  2. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand their business objectives and provide solutions within the HubSpot platform.
  3. Design and implement HubSpot solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and flexibility for future enhancements.
  4. Provide technical leadership during the sales process, assisting with the development of proposals, project plans, and technical presentations.
  5. Review and audit current HubSpot setups for potential clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary changes.
  6. Assist in the integration of HubSpot with other software platforms and tools, resolving any technical issues that arise during implementation or post-deployment.
  7. Conduct training sessions to educate customers on best practices for utilizing HubSpot, fostering adoption and long-term success.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, functionalities, and best practices, and educate other team members and clients about these updates.
  9. Work with the product team to provide feedback from clients, influencing the future roadmap of HubSpot’s platform


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role with HubSpot platform experience.
  3. Deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, its functionalities, integrations, and limitations.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with complex system integrations.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Current HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred, such as HubSpot Solutions Partner certification.
  8. Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
