• You are responsible for the entire strategy, implementation and performance of affiliate marketing
• You coordinate cross-channel online marketing campaigns
• You will independently expand carwow’s affiliate network and maintain existing partnerships
• You work hand in hand with our Head of Marketing
• You always keep all content and advertising material for advertising partners up to date

Performance Marketing(40%)

• You work closely with the Global Performance Marketing team
• You are actively involved in establishing performance campaigns in the German market
• You keep an eye on all performance KPIs and derive recommendations for action for the global team

your profile

• Relevant relevant professional experience in the areas of affiliate and performance marketing
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking technologies (Everflow, pixel tracking, postbacks, UTM parameters) and affiliate program management
• Knowledge of AWIN, Impact, Partnerize or Tradetracker
• Confident use of online marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience creating content marketing materials and promotional materials for affiliate partners
• Strong analytical skills. You can interpret and optimize all KPIs
• Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with affiliate partners
• You speak German at a native level and have a solid command of English
