Graphic Designer

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST //   Monday to Friday 8pm-5am or 9pm-6am PHT

Salary Range: up to 1500 usd/month

About the company:

A new generation biotechnology company in medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute graphic and digital designs across a wide variety of mediums from email campaigns, social posts,  and the like for conversion rate optimization on the website, paid social and paid search efforts, retention marketing, social media, and more
• Develop website assets for general DTC storefront needs and new landing page designs, optimizing for increased conversion at all times
• Work closely with e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media teams for updated assets as needed
• Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and best practices, creatively applying insights and learnings to brand projects whenever relevant or applicable
• Assist in the  presentation of and execution of innovative design concepts, always addressing feedback with a solution-oriented mindset
• Engage in potential print work and packaging design as needed – design guidance required
• Perform retouching on production photos and videos when needed
• Design and edit internal and external presentations as needed
• Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
• Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations

• Ability to work EST
• At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design or similar roles with an emphasis on creating digital assets such as social media content, emails, ads, banners, etc. (internships included!)
• With video editing experience
• Passion for all things design with a strong portfolio of design work showcasing digital projects!
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating design work for print
• Experience using Figma in a professional capacity
• Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
• Experience in 3D animation and/or photo editing in CaptureOne is a huge plus!
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial but not required
