Position:

Graphic Designer – E-commerce Brands

Work Hours (Client) : Monday-Friday, have yet to decide on the hours (South African Standard Time/6 hours behind EST)

Holidays :

Pay Range : $800-$1,500/month (depending on interview assessment and client’s approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and impactful designs for various e-commerce brands, including but not limited to website graphics, social media content, digital advertisements, packaging designs, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategies.
• Design and optimize product images, banners, and other visual assets for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to ensure the use of cutting-edge techniques and technologies in graphic design.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and improve brand presence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all visual elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and printers as needed to execute design projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Atleast 2 years prior experience as a Graphic Designer
• Good English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative design concepts and executions.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
