Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer with a strong background in Python and experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using LangChain. You will enhance Ada’s capabilities in offering precise, context-aware career advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG systems using LangChain in a production environment.
• Utilize Python to develop and maintain large language models for natural language processing.
• Integrate AI models with the Adaptiv Knowledge Graph for personalized recommendations.
• Analyze user interactions to refine and improve Ada’s mentoring capabilities.
• Work closely with the AI team to innovate and implement new AI features.
• Ensure high standards of AI ethics and data privacy in all developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
• Expertise in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks.
