Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering digital solutions and driving transformation in the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Strong knowledge in GraphQL, Node JS, Typescript, and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge in No Code/Low Code platforms and BPMN
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, SFDC), web servers (e.g. Apache), Application Servers (e.g. JBoss), and UI/UX design
• Superb communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrable skills in understanding the importance of data design
• Strong program or project management skills
• Strong organizational proficiency and attention to detail
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication of requirements, updates, and addressing concerns
• Analyze and translate client business needs into technical requirements and specifications
• Design software solutions, including front-end and back-end components, adhering to best practices and meeting client requirements
• Create user interfaces (UI/UX) for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, often utilizing frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power web applications
• Use Git and other version control systems to track code changes and collaborate with team members
• Write unit tests, conduct integration tests, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software reliability and performance
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency within the team
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides
• Provide training and support to clients and end-users on effective software usage
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and allocate development resources as needed
• Work closely with team members, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure project success

Education & Experience:

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3+ years’ experience in software development with specific experience building software applications end to end
• Experienced in business processes and forms solutions
• Experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry
• Experienced in requirement management tools
