Description of the offer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to work with our innovation team to deliver website and product design for our diverse client suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and skill in executing thoughtful digital brands, with a passion for design and technology.

What you’ll do: 

• Produce new design concepts for websites and brands
• Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of materials in order to meet their business needs
• Collaborate with copywriters, and marketing teams on brand and design execution
• Develop wireframes and full-fidelity designs around customer needs
• Execute logo and brand solutions with the team or independently
• Work closely with Senior Designers on internal and external projects
• Build websites using drag-and-drop builders like Elementor or Webflow
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Complete projects on time in a fast-paced environment

 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong portfolio of web design
• 5+ years of visual design experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Outstanding organizational, time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
• Keen attention to detail
• Exceptional creativity and ability to change creative styles from project to project
• Webflow & Elementor knowledge is a plus
• Experience using: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress
