What is expected of you?

• Analyse discrepancies and provide explanations for variances compared to forecasts, budgets, and previous years. Actively seek opportunities for improvement
• Offer support to commercial teams with timely demand planning, reporting, and metrics
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across all organizational levels
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to become a subject matter expert and offer additional insights. Identify and comprehend business challenges, and propose solutions
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on corporate projects and initiatives
• Develop and oversee regular financial updates and performance reviews/reports for business leaders

What are you expected to bring?

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, consultancy, accounting, or a related field
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to grasp critical drivers of business performance
• Proven experience in crafting financial reports and metrics, as well as possessing robust analytical and interpretative skills to identify opportunities and actively participate in operational decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling to interact effectively with different stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in successfully juggling multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently within a diverse and multicultural team
• Demonstrated capacity to influence key stakeholders within the organization
